• Generally, challan clearance takes 20–25 business days.

• If your challan is not cleared within this period due to reasons such as technical errors, processing failures, or delays caused by magistrate holidays — and the fault is from our side — we will refund your full payment.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

• All refunds are subject to our Terms of Service and require valid proof of non-processing or failure from our end.
